How we supported our customer
Through a several month long project, we worked with our customer to evaluate and cost out the delivery of sub-assemblies comprised of components coming from several suppliers. In several cases, Sunhill was able to propose a solution that reduced the number of SKU’s and helped eliminate some supply redundancy, while also providing a cost savings.
Sunhill took overall responsibility for the assemblies, and collaboratively worked with the customer to ensure that there were no problems or delays when the change-over took place.
