How we supported our customer
Sunhill helped our customer change from an aluminum base component to a resin based part for a specific material handing roller challenge. The new products developed had the same dimensions, were technically 1:1 interchangeable and scored even higher for their lighter weight and shorter delivery times. And, there was no degradation of durability or life expectancy of the part.
Through a collaborative approach to the problem, the Sunhill team was able to make an open proposal which enabled the material switch, saving cost and shortening delivery timing.
